Description
HARMOVER Total Wellness Program is our most comprehensive wellness coaching service, designed for individuals with complex, long standing or layered wellbeing concerns who want a deeper level of personalised support.
The program begins with a 60 minute in depth assessment, followed by 3 months of structured support, a bespoke Total Wellness Plan, a 30 minute follow up call and continued access to your private Client Portal.

It is also suited to people who have tried general approaches without lasting clarity, want to understand the wider factors affecting their wellbeing and are ready to invest in a structured process with accountability.
What your assessment includes
Your 60 minute assessment includes a complete wellness history intake covering physical, emotional, hormonal, neurological, lifestyle and nutritional factors. Your coach reviews your concerns, current routines, supplement use, goals and wider wellbeing picture before building your personalised HARMOVER Total Wellness Plan.
Your Total Wellness Plan may include
Depending on your needs, your plan may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, detox focused wellness routines, nervous system support, mindset practices, supplement guidance, product guidance and prioritised next steps to help you move forward with clarity.
Ongoing support
Your HARMOVER coach stays engaged for the full 3 months, helping you review progress, adapt your plan and stay accountable. The program includes a 30 minute structured follow up call, 3 month check in support through text and call, and continued access to your personalized Client Portal as your plan evolves.
How to prepare
To help your session deliver maximum value, please prepare your main concerns, symptoms, current goals, health history, supplement history, medication history, past surgeries and anything you most want support with right now.
What is included
The program includes one comprehensive 60 minute assessment, a bespoke HARMOVER Total Wellness Plan, evidence informed supplement guidance, one 30 minute follow up call, 3 months of structured support and full Client Portal access.
Cancellation policy
Your coaching session is reserved exclusively for you. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, so your time and your coach’s time are respected. Sessions cancelled without adequate notice, or missed without contact, may be counted as a used session. To reschedule, please contact your coach directly.
